We have long-term relationships with trusted contractors and vendors for staging and for handling pre-listing upgrades and any repairs needed as a result of inspections. If you’re an absentee owner, we can assist with preparing the home for sale and ensuring the house is show-ready without you having to visit the property.

Our extensive website offers information and resources that buyers want and need, as well as the most up-to-date real estate listings.  Our website includes live MLS data pulled from the system that REALTORS use. Further, our listings are syndicated to hundreds of real estate websites around the world, so when buyers are looking, they are seeing our listings.

✓ Our physical visibility in the marketplace. We have a retail office in a strip mall location with both drive-by and walk-up traffic. This allows us to highlight our listings in the front window where customers are drawn in to obtain more information.

✓ Our extensive marketing. We use professional high-resolution photos and 3D walk-through tours for our online marketing. We also showcase our listings’ floor plans, take care in writing enticing descriptions to accompany the photos, and publish multiple page magazine-style property brochures. Each listing has a dedicated web page, which is syndicated to other real estate portals for maximum exposure. We also conduct open houses to generate even more interest in our listings.

✓ The Showing Time app. This convenient app makes it easy for homeowners to instantly approve and remember upcoming showings, and quickly receive feedback from buyers’ agents.

✓ Online eSigning for documents and contracts. Our approach allows clients to sign everything online at their convenience. Clients need only to show up in person for the final closing. For out of state closings, we coordinate with a mobile notary. Of course we will still accommodate those clients who are not online or who prefer to sign all documents in person.
